TeleFunnelOS provides a phone and messaging system with built-in compliance enforcement for P&C insurance agencies, including call routing, SMS messaging, compliance checks, and telephony infrastructure.

3. SMS & Messaging Terms

TeleFunnelOS sends SMS messages solely for transactional and service-related purposes, including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, compliance alerts, and customer support communications. Promotional messaging is only sent when explicitly opted into.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying:

5. Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance rules are configured correctly
• Consulting qualified legal counsel regarding regulatory obligations
• Maintaining account security
• Using the Services in compliance with all applicable laws

8. Billing, Cancellations & Refunds

All services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Terms

• Monthly plans: 4-week billing cycle, 10-day notice required
• Weekly plans: 2-week notice required
• Service continues through the notice period
• Late cancellations result in renewal for the next cycle

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials are owned by The Insurance Dudes and protected by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of the Services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or operational necessity.

13. Age Restriction

The Services are intended for use only by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
